And the good, the good news, I think, is that, going back to your question earlier Is that for the first time really in history, I think, the swimming world is coming together.

And I spent a lot of time with Andy Sammon, the, the previous CEO at Swim England, who was a fantastic bloke, and I chatted to him a lot, and Sport England, and we created the Swimming Alliance, which is all the sort of major aquatics players, I suppose.

So pool owners and operators, Swim England, RLSS, SSTA, Black Swimming Association, CLOA, Clark.

I don't want to name them all, but there's a lot of people on it.

I started out as a lifeguard.

My team started out as a lifeguard.

Um, Becky Cox, who's running Swim England at the moment, she started out as a lifeguard and a swimming teacher.

But I think if you are leading in the right way, I'd like to think that there's a larger proportion would be comfortable to step outside of what the CEO says.

But yeah, I know idealistic maybe, but there we go.

no culture you then lead on to culture what's the culture that you've created or want to create and and how you go about that you know literally things like speaking last and stuff like that and you know can help bring that about and and you have respect then for other people's opinions and you act on there it's very quick sometimes you go actually you work out that the leader pretends to be sort of democratic and looking for opinions but actually we always end up just doing what the leader's walked into the meeting to do and we've all worked for people like that i know um and you know hopefully yes but we uh won't go there so so tell me about then this uh one swim england strategy what's all that about
