We've got Meadow Sweet, which is arguably probably used more by chefs than foragers in a way because it's a plant where the more technical know-how and skill you have you can probably get more flavors out of it because it's got almond it's got vanilla it's got watermelon flavors in it and it is really good for infusions into sorbets and that kind of thing
