Swedish Governmental Agency for Innovation Systems

So my intention was absolutely to go back to my chair position and really use what I learned on the national level.

But when I was there at Vinnova, Vinnova was connected all in the world.

So I made network there that I can appreciate today very much.

But I also was nominated for this position at Chalmers.

So, uh, here it also depends on which field are you studying, like how many years, um, and also I think the funding options and whether you are gonna work with a company or not.

So for my case as a aerospace engineer working in the material department here in Linköping University, so, um, I get a fund, a certain fund from a project that's mainly funded by Vinnova, and this fund is, uh, a collaboration between Linköping University and GKN which is industrial company.

So both of them hired me, and I'm mainly taking salary because here as a PhD you take a salary.

And I'm also, like studying some courses to kinda, like, you know, get a lot of knowledges that I need, and also at the same time I'm teaching some courses.
