Sweatmother

Tell me a bit more about that.

I know that it's, like you said, like a bigger kind of like the event of the year for you and visuals from Sweat Mother, which... incredible so excited about that to see that like both your voice and theirs like such distinct voices to me I'm really excited to see how they kind of collaborate and how have you found the process of that and how was it bringing

it I mean it was dreamy I mean when I when I was doing the night alphabet I decided I wanted to do something that took my skills as a poet spoken word artist type as well as the ability, you know, to write a novel and mix them together and create a show.

And I worked with Neil Bartlett, who's my elder, queer elder.

Not my favourite poems at all.

So again, you're like, what? And created a structure.

So I think of it almost, I think of it as a kinetic reading with some bells and whistles and lights and obviously Sweat Mother.

I think when I come to Scotland, we've got that recorded rather than Sweat coming from LA.
