Suzuka

1994 American tennis star Venus Williams, Williams the elder, made her professional debut at the age of 14 and won over the champion at the time, a bloke called Sean Stafford, at a tournament in California.

And I remember this day in 1999. finish driver Mika Hakkinen won the season ending Japanese Grand Prix at Suzuka by two points ultimately from Irishman Eddie Irvine to clinch his second consecutive Formula One World Drivers Championship and I had a bet with a young guy called Steve.

I think it was a bottle of Jack Daniels against a bottle of Jim Beam.

He was a Schumacher fan, and he thought Schumacher was going to win, and I was a Hackenham fan, and I said, no, Mika's going to win.

One would think the more outlandish these premises gets, the less likely they are to succeed, but they do time and time again.

So this is a man in his 70s living in the city of Suzuka, Mie Prefecture, who was taken in by an extravagant offer for his sperm.

According to the investigation by the prefectural police, the victim met, quote unquote, a woman online.

And last April, she sent a message over social media offering nine million yen or fifty seven thousand dollars if he provided her with his semen.

Funny story about that.

They actually, back in, I think in 1998, they ran a road course in Suzuka, Japan.

And my favorite driver, Rusty Wallace ended up winning the race there.

A little bit of NASCAR history for you.

Yeah, no, sorry.

They had another Godzilla one in Japan in Suzuka for the Japanese Grand Prix, but that one stuck.

They stuck with their black, white, and red color scheme.

But like you just said, I do like this kind of ice blue look.

Where did she win? Japan.

Didn't she win in Suzuka?

Yeah, Japan.

I forgot where the hell she won, but she did win one.

Something like

that.

It's either Suzuka or Motegi.

Twin Motegi is probably right.
