Suze

So you're getting some yuzu sweetness to it and some really beautiful floral stuff.

And then we exchange the Campari with the Luxardo Bianco bitter, which ideally the classic, these are made with a cocktail component called Suze, but we can't get that in Alberta anymore.

So we use this Bianco bitter.

It's fantastic.

Why?

I want a Suze Spritz.

A lot of places don't have Suze.

Campari, Aperol Spritz, fun, delicious, sweaty, but also it's like, it's a very sweet drink.

Yeah, I'm over Aperol Spritz.

Campari Spritz, Campari is just always a little too...

Syrupy? Syrupy, cloying, whatever.

I think Suze, Suze is bright yellow.

Ah oui attends.

Ah euh ce que je voulais dire euh, c'était comment il s'appelait ce ce ce cet Australien qui roulait chez Moto World avec une Suze qui avait gagné Séville ? Euh enfin, je suis très mauvais avec les noms, il s'appelait, il s'appelait euh, je sais plus.

Bref, c'est lui qui avait gagné.
