And then because they had a working collaboration with Macquarie University in Sydney, Marco contacted Macquarie University in Sydney to see if they'd take me on as a PhD student.

Then I ended up there, again with two very... tremendous advisors, Suzanne O'Reilly and Norm Pearson, who have trained me very, very well in addition to Marco.

And this is then how I was a PhD student at Macquarie University in Sydney while being co-advised with Marco Fiorentini from the University of Western Australia.
