I'm Samar Kandil, and today we're gonna talk about Mayank Kumar's story, Disha Salian death: Uddhav, Aditya, Dino Morea, Rhea Chakraborty should be probed, says CBI FIR.

The Central Bureau of Investigation has registered a case to probe any conspiracy and subsequent cover-up in the alleged unnatural death of Sushant Singh Rajput's manager, Disha Salian.

In the FIR, the agency has documented the need for investigation against several individuals, including Shiv Sena UBT leader Aditya Thackeray and Bollywood actors such as Dino Morea, Sooraj Pancholi, and Rhea Chakraborty.

Sources in the agency suggested that while no one has been named as an accused in the criminal case, the scope of the investigation would also cover the possibility of then Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray playing any role in the cover-up and conspiracy of Salian's death.

It was on eighth June 2020 that 28-year-old Disha Salian died after falling from a high-rise residential building in Mumbai's Malad area.

The death was called a suicide after an investigation.

On 14 June the same year, Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead in his Bandra apartment.

The agency has filed a case under Indian Penal Code sections covering offenses such as criminal conspiracy, gang rape, murder, causing disappearance of evidence or giving false information to screen offenders, public servants disobeying directions of law with intent to save persons from punishment, and public servants framing incorrect record with intent to save persons from punishment.
