Susan Thompson was a friend of Warren's sister and a kind of proto-hippie beatnik.

Susan was in full revolt against her own father, a very conservative Christian minister.

So again, this is exactly, exactly what I write in my book, Apostate.

And it was interesting because it was a, it was a really enticing story about a guy who had lost his mojo with his wife and, um, all like, you know, been married.

It made a story where the guy had been married for like 20 years, whatever, but the, you know, he basically became a simp about two thirds of the way through.

And then, um, because he became a simp, uh, another guy started to fill the void.

Yeah, like, in terms of, like, actually, like, nurturing another adult, I don't think that women are actually any better.

I think they're actually worse than most men.

Like, right now I'm reading The Snowball, which is Warren Buffett's... autobiography and it does and and i won't say all women because like warren buffett's wife seemed like she like she thrived in that role of being the nurturer of being the one that um like really invested herself in um in oh what's what's your what's your dog's name
