Farrah and Farrah, accident attorneys, Tampa.

Let's bring in retired University of South Florida political scientist Dr. Susan MacManus with some insight into the upcoming midterm election.

Dr. McManus, it's always great to talk to you and I wanted to discuss some comments you recently made about how Florida's political landscape has really changed in a big way since the pandemic.

Tell us a little bit about some of those shifts.

It is a very important part of who's going to win the governor's race is this large group of people that voted Republican and turned out in the presidential.

And that's why the president and the Republicans are trying so hard to make sure they get people that normally don't vote at a midterm to actually come to vote in this one because it's critical to who wins.

We're joined by retired USF political scientist Dr. Susan MacManus.

You've got a piece coming out in Safey Review tomorrow on another interesting voting bloc, party switchers.
