And so that is how the Supreme Court of India made this a justiciable right.

But what did the Nigerian Supreme Court do? In the case of Abacha and Fawomi, many years ago, this issue of justiciable right to health came up.

Now, before I tell you what the Supreme Court decided in that case, I need to explain something else that offers another avenue for the right to health to be justiciable in Nigeria.
