It's a different structure than what Superstate is doing, a different structure than what Coinbase and Kraken are doing.

And if every issuer is building its own version of the container, Is that still containerization or did we just move the fragmentation problem on-chain?

So in both cases now, yes, there may be sort of different infrastructure stacks, but the speed of communicating that information or sending that money or assets or commodities across those different infrastructure stacks is very fast and it's still cost-effective.
