He posted last week and he talked about exactly this, about how most orgs, they stepped up to like, oh, we'll just measure how many tokens we use, right? And then they didn't actually step further up the ladder of like, how do we then measure the successful outputs? And then from there, how do we measure the successful outputs? outcomes like he sees it as a three rung ladder so i think we're all uh definitely circling around the same idea here so i'm gonna go ahead and share my screen again and move us into the next question because this one's juicy this one is something that's constantly top of mind for me uh and it's about ownership Because in a software factory, by definition, a large part of it is that automations are creating and driving the code.
