The holiday demand there is extreme, so a lot of people, they're not wanting to rent their properties out long-term.

factor that's driving availability of properties and the market segment that they position the new properties that are coming online um but definitely more expensive i think the lifestyle there's more expensive as well because i remember when i used you know 12 years ago when i used to spend time over there there was nothing there there was no you know the locals never went there you couldn't grow anything it's very rocky there was no rice fields there was maybe a few cows and a few banana trees because nothing grew there so that's what the developers were really attracted to it was cheap the land was cheap they were able to construct all these new premises and these new properties but when they came online they came online at premium tourist prices so it can be an expensive lifestyle in comparison to other areas so i think the people that i would say not to go live there is the people that are really budget conscious you've got to be paying more living in that marketplace and um but for people like us that are expats that really want the experience we can always go there for the weekend okay uh so noah Sunua, I've found that Sunua has attracted people demographic of the older, like you said, 45, 50, 60, 70, and then younger families.

So probably Both ends of the demographics sort of the mid-range person might find the marketplace a little bit boring There is for that reason because there's less demand for the marketplace You can find more properties and that same property that might be you know 3000 a month might be 2500 2700 a little bit cheaper And I'd probably say Sunua is the cheapest marketplace when it comes to finding long-term villas.
