I- So we, we, what is it? Uh, Sunny Isles Beach is where we stay in, in Miami.

Awesome area, love it.

Love going there for three or four days, um, because I wouldn't lose my shirt and my pants and probably one sock gambling there.

Beautiful beach too.

It's the residential area of North Miami Beach, and we have 4.5 acres of land.

And I remembered it because my wife and I used to live down in Miami Beach and in Surfside.

Surfside's not far from where we lived in Sunny Isles Beach, just right down the road.

And there was a tower there.

I think I'm saying it, the Champlain Towers.
