At 20, I think he was still struggling to figure out what he wanted to do in his life.

But I was excited when he said that he wanted to spend winter in Sun Peaks at a ski resort being a, a lift operator.

And I thought, "How exciting." He wanted two weeks off before he started leaving to go up to Sun Peaks, and I had ruptured my Achilles tendon.

I wasn't able to really walk, couldn't weight-bear on that leg at all.

And we spent every single day together in that living room, and I think of those as precious gifts that were given to me so that I could bundle up all of this time and have really cool memories of a 20-year-old who was about to be 21 that was leaving for his first time, and that he could have gone anywhere.

And I came up and we did that movie White Powder World and so that really got it going.
