Davidson College, bachelor's degree in economics, a couple years as an analyst at Wells Fargo Securities, then Sun Capital, then AE Industrial Partners, and now he's a managing partner at AEI and chairman of your He's also been involved in other AEI portfolio companies, including companies in space and defense.

Now, I'm not saying Davidson College is a bad school, quite the contrary.

But if I'm looking at the chairman of a publicly traded aerospace company, I'm thinking, where's the rocket science? Where's the engineering degree? Where's the 30 years in aerospace? Where's spacecraft experience? There isn't any because that's not his job.
