Someone on the Discord had reached out and said that one of their favorite episodes, like, namely their, quote, favorite episode of the Get By podcast was our most recent courier where we did Sun Bear.

so that and that that kind of fired me up i needed to hear that because i think i projected last week i was like hey we might do one soon and genuinely did not think to do one for flannel coffee until after the episode after we recorded that after i said maybe we'll do courier again like it just it wasn't even a thought but that comment saying i love the courier uh changed things so So before we get into this one, I'm going to have Producer Guy take it away in just a second.

It was just a good day all around, you know? And Sun Bear says, watching Orioles fans crash the hell out was peak.

I would be crashing out if I was Orioles fans.

I mean, we were crashing out... a little bit you know the other day two days ago just because of how bad things we're getting from our standpoint and we're not even a playoff team the Orioles are on the cusp of being a playoff team and we're at that point in the season where the Rockies are going to start having these series where they can play spoilers and they have a lot of them coming up by the way you've got the Mariners you've got the White Sox you've got like a lot of series the Padres are kind of in that like divisional race like you've got a lot of series coming up where you can absolutely play the spoiler and The Orioles, I mean, they were walking their way.

Again, these are the ones, if you listen to that small batch episode, these are the ones that are very easily, like you will be able to get, very likely be able to get.

Um, you know, we talked about how, like, the, the Sun Bear was, like, one of the crown jewels, and, you know, 9 times out of 10 you're not getting it, on average.

Um, you know, the Rockies were a little competitive, not to play the participation trophy game, um, but we've got a lot to talk about today.

Uh, we got, you know, as, as Sunbear says, "F the Dodgers and Mark Walter." We're gonna talk about what's happening with the Dodgers right now in the landscape of baseball.

How does that affect the Rockies? We're gonna talk about the Rockies.

We haven't yet gotten the chance to talk about Michael Lorenzen getting DFA'd, uh, Hunter Goodman going on the IL.

Uh, so yeah, it was a little bit disheartening to see them, you know, get into extra innings.

I was really hoping.

There were a couple moments where I thought they'd put the game away, and like Sunbear says, you know, if Caros or Goodman was, was in the lineup, I, I think they have a much better chance to at least take one of those games.

But when, you know, A, your biggest Dodger killer in Kyle Caros and your best home run hitter in Hunter Goodman, when both those guys are out of your lineup, it's just tough to beat a team like the Dodgers.
