watching wrestling at SummerSlam 1996.

So a mere year away,

absolutely.

And there was one time that I told you all the stories of places that I've been to go in the 90s to watch wrestling.

One of those times, I remember begging because we got tickets, me and my buddy got tickets to SummerSlam 1996.

And it was at the Gund Arena in Cleveland, Ohio.

And So imagine 96, I would have been 20 turning 21.

It is the 90s past cast pay-per-view review.

SummerSlam 1996 happened on August 18th, 96 in Cleveland, Ohio, as we said, at the Gund Arena.

And did you know the Gund Arena opened October 17th, 1994? So it's been about two years.

So that's, again, very possibly the first WF pay-per-view there.

I guess he's so confident that he's going to beat his ass that it doesn't matter, but I thought that was really stupid, but Um, Candido must have a boner or a really bad luck for, uh, wrestling these matches while he has slings and or braces on him, his body.

Um, cause obviously he has the famous, uh, SummerSlam 96, uh, fatal four way where he's wrestling the match, uh, with the neck brace on.

He never actually gets in, which he doesn't get in here either, but, um, why even throw him on the apron if he has a fucking sling on? Uh, he was never going to get into the match.

Obviously it's somewhat of a ploy a little bit, but, um, still, uh, just stupid to have him out there, uh, clearly injured.
