at uh definitely needs to be a higher end side of town definitely higher end side of town i want it to be vegas i live in henderson now so i love henderson okay but my brand is rooted in vegas okay right so i would want it to be like a you know like a Maybe a Summerlin or a Southwest if the Southwest starts.

People love the Southwest and I like it too, but there's a lot of people in the industry that are in the Southwest.

So if the more money that starts going towards the Southwest and as it continues to grow, I think in like five years, it'll be ready for the kind of vision that I have in my head.

So first of all, retail sales explode higher, showing unexpected consumer strength.

And everywhere I go, I shop at downtown Summerlin or the fashion show mall here in Las Vegas, jammed, jammed, every store jammed, the mall jammed, every restaurant I go to jammed, the most expensive restaurants jammed, the inexpensive restaurants jammed, retail sales explode.

I'm not wrong, I'm not seeing something that's not there.

If things are so bad and people are hurting like the media claims, then how come retail sales are exploding, number one.

so back in Summerlin, you know, West Sahara, there is a place called Spy Ninjas HQ, and this is, you know, your... indoor fully immersion kind of activity center and you think kids you know you're thinking trampolines you're thinking climbing walls you're thinking all sorts of like zip lines and stuff like that but actually there's an area for adults and that area is called the retro bar and if you're an 80s 90s kid like i was it is perfect for you because that's what you're going to be inundated with you got donkey kong you got claw machines that get booze you got seven dollar cocktails four dollar beers and all sorts of bar bites there for like four uh like ten bucks or something like that so

Well, first of all, I love the timing because I guess anybody who has kids that are of Spy Ninjas HQ age probably is retro from the 80s or 90s, right? I would think so.

Instead of focusing on when it comes to transportation, I thought it was interesting that we're focusing on the transportation between Nevada and California, which is always a focal point in Nevada's transportation policies.

But what about the interstate travel growing up in Nevada? In Southern Nevada specifically, you know, we know Las Vegas, we know Henderson, Summerlin came about and all of these other places in Southern Nevada.

But what about being connected to the other cities and rurals in the state? So I thought it was very interesting that 31,000 acres is being developed.

Um, but I think that that concept of us growing and becoming larger and then maybe decentralizing everything, you know, like we have a lot of complaints about the arts district and it's like, Who's to say we can't have another one? Like we're starting to see like another Chinatown happening kind of sort of edge of Summerlin area.

So I'm like, who's to say we can't keep expanding, but also create little pockets of districts for the culture to exist as well.
