Like, he kind of told both of them no at the end of the Christmas episode.

But, Greta, what has transpired since then?

And then they proceeded to have sexual relations.

listen i'm very clinical about this um all i can say is that monica lewinsky was literally saying anything on the television screen and i was shocked um and barbara walters was like so you've always been fat did bill clinton make you feel better about that and i was like oh my god that's terrible To bring it back, though, yes, Seth and Summer are now in a relationship, but that is a very recent development that they have had sexual relations.

And so I think the question of, like, how they're going to live life as boyfriend and girlfriend is still very much unanswered and shall be tackled in this episode.

My favorite characters from the show are Ryan and Sandy.

For reasons I don't remember, both Summer and Seth were at a party for Seth's grandfather and Summer kissed Seth.

I think it's like they're standing around and she is maybe like drunk and she starts talking to him and he ends up and you know this is one of those things

I just wasn't thinking about it in those terms.

I was kind of thinking about that with Summer and Marissa, but I do think the more accurate analog is Seth and Ryan, though.

And I think there's a lot of similarities with Serena and Ryan in the way that they are both supposed to be these...

no exactly and off the bat we learn some things about seth because he's like extremely self-deprecating so immediately we learn like he's a loser he's a nerd he hates california he hates the beach like he has no friends um is this when we go sailing too is that where you put that here

yeah so like seth is like well i guess i'll show you the only thing that i like to do here which is sail on the ocean and he has a boat that he takes him out on and um he tells ryan that his dream is to sail his boat to tahiti by himself um or more preferably with the love of his life whomst his boat the summer breeze is named after summer roberts and greta who is summer roberts

So, Summer Roberts is a girl that Seth has never spoken to, which, okay, that's real.

I'm probably just going to watch Wade 1 and 2 now that you say that.

Because K-pop had yet to really break through in North American fandom the way it has now.
