Summer, Highland Falls

Um, many of the spin classes back in the, in the Johnny G days, uh, were done to music that, to songs that had no lyrics even.

And I, through experimenting, realized that people really responded to songs that they knew because a particular song, let's say Billy Joel, "Summer, Highland Falls," great song, um, someone might hear that song and it would immediately tap into a memory of when they heard that song for the first time.

Might've been a good memory, might've been a painful memory, but it did.

It just, that's what songs did that people recognized.

We do a docu series on it.

Also, Jake, we would like to give you the opportunity to talk about how much you love the song Summer Highland Falls by Billy Joel.

Go ahead.

It's either sadness or euphoria, Happer.
