Um, tends to sh- consistently shoot well.

Um, you can really luck into some of those, uh, really good Suisun Marsh days out there.

But it's one of those that because there is 10 groups, there's always a group or two that's probably gonna, you know, have a, a really good shoot out there.

And then when you get those good days out there, even just later in the season, like, you're consistently all the groups are gonna have good or potentially really good days.

You know, of course, year one is always a learning curve, but, um, you know, I think long term this property has a ton of potential, um, to be a, a really good top Producing property.

Yeah, definitely.

So last one for the Suisun Marsh, at least properties that we own or manage, will be a new one for the hunt program this year.

When you say the swan population, how many swans are we talking about, Gabby?

At its peak, the mute swan population reached about 15,000 swans, and the majority of those swans live in the Bay Area, in the Suisun Marsh, in CalMatters.

And when the policy went into effect, which was January 1st, 2026, looking at the numbers today, there's about 7,400 mute swans remaining.
