Maybe there's, um, maybe with the ambiguity of the lore, hear me out here, why do we always think that the Pokemon that the legendary beasts before were either smaller Pokemon or weaker Pokemon? Maybe re- maybe being reborn, um, weakened Entei, Raikou, and Suicune, and they, and with the Burned Tower being restored and their power being restored, they get new, stronger forms.
