Suicide mission

And that game was called Mass Effect, a game which it and both of its sequels I have played and I deeply love.

Now, the reason I bring Mass Effect up is because of the final level you play in Mass Effect's second game, which is called the Suicide Mission.

Let me read some of this with a Wikipedia article for you.

The suicide mission is the final level in Mass Effect 2.

It involves the efforts of Commander Shepard and their crew to enter the Omega-4 relay and infiltrate the collector base under the command of Harbinger, a member of a fleet of sentient starships known as the Reapers, who have brainwashed their leader, the Collector General.

None of that's important.

This critic, Tom Phillips, called the lead-up to the collector base a brutal introduction if the player was underprepared, describing the potential consequences of the mission as utterly audacious and like Bioware making its own version of Empire Strikes Back, which kills off Han, Leia, and Chewie and still leads into Return of the Jedi.

Wow.

I mean, one night, though, one night I wanted to end it all.

In my book, I have a section called Suicide Mission.

One night it was late, raining.

My father was out on one of his drug binges doing whatever.

It's Marcus' chapter.

I called it Doves, Escape Rooms, and Suicide Missions, probably.

We return to Marcus where we left him, tied up in the cart.

He's doing his best to free himself, but only managing to pop joints out of place and make things worse.

So Alex, if you know who that is, I'm not sure if you ever added them.

My first run through on the Suicide Mission, I only lost one person, and it was Jacob.

He got rocket launchers in the face.

through a set of doors that were closing so he was my only casualty everybody else survived but I'm trying to think who you might have gotten towards the end and I'm I haven't played in a long time.
