Suddenly, Seymour

It's great.

First off, Suddenly Seymour is probably number one.

I do like Suddenly Seymour, but-

Okay.

Um, On My Own's probably number two.

Dude, good, good pull by you to remember the name of the karaoke place in Hollywood.

Well, just hold the phone on that for one second [laughs] 'cause that's where I'm going with this, and that he loved singing Suddenly Seymour with his fans.

Mm-hmm.

Uh, young co-eds sometimes, but he en- always enjoyed a good time there.

that brings us to one of our final scenes

my probably one of my favorite it is one of my favorite musical numbers of all time if i were to pick one it probably would be suddenly seymour

yeah

the way ellen green sings the song still gives me chills um i do like it though because in terms of costume when we see seymour who this is his leveled up look

Seymour

is standing beside me Suddenly Seymour is where I'm in love Suddenly Seymour is standing beside me

You guys, wow, we locked, almost locked in.

That's one of my favorites.

You loved him as Marcel Marceau.

Now you are loving him as Seymour in the longest running off-Broadway hit.

I think that is correct information.

Little Shop of Horrors, where he's playing Seymour.

And he's been on the podcast many times.

This was our third time to sit down and talk about a life in the arts.

It's like a brilliant little show that you want to keep on coming back to and revisiting because it's clever and it's funny, but it's also heartfelt and campy and it's just got everything in it.

Do people, because so many of the songs are just so popular, like people don't even, not everyone even knows it's from a show.

Yeah.

We would sing Suddenly Seymour.

Yes.

Legally Blonde.

We'll change it.

We'll do take it like a bop to the top.

Suddenly Seymour.

Fly, fly away.

Last night, we did a sing-along.

We did Curtain Call, and then we did a sing-along of Suddenly Seymour.

I cried.

I didn't actually know I was going to be so moved by it.
