Subaru Natsuki

I hated this motherfucker in the beginning.

So I understand other people not liking this dude, but I picked Subaru Natsuki from ReZero,

Starting Life

in Another World.

So the reason why I'm picking this person, even though I hated him in the beginning, is because I like him.

really enjoy him as a protagonist now but also I really appreciate the creators creativity if you will of how they have created Natsuki as a protagonist so if anyone's not seen ReZero it's an isekai and it actually what a lot of people consider it the goat of isekais besides Sword Art Online is that created other Isekai, basically.

It kind of started the whole universe.

But in this Isekai, Subaru is a teenager, and he's kind of spoiled, and he just walks out of a convenience store.

It, it hur- like, it, when it happened, I was like, "Oh, fuck no," right? But the way that it played with it and, like, re-examined Subaru's character and, like, tortured him [laughs] all over again, I was like, I was like, "Oh, this has been, this has been amazing, actually." [laughs] Um-

They can have moments, but generally, I really give two shits about any of these characters.

Re Zero Season 4 wraps up on September 30th with a 45-minute extended finale.

ReZero, even though I don't jive with it much, these past couple episodes have been good, and I still kind of don't know what's going on with Subaru and his... powers because it kind of just seems like he just all of a sudden gets shit and randomly uses it uh

subaru and rare zero but think naruto's annoying that's crazy

because here's my thing with subaru right Subaru, he is objectively annoying at the start of the series on purpose, first of all, and that's the big difference, is he's clearly shown to be somebody who thinks bigger of himself than he actually is, who feels like he's some sort of chosen one, that he's selected to be this hero for everyone.

He's not.

You are not a chosen one, all right? You're a normal guy.
