Yes.

In, in my case, uh, I, I, I sold Stukent to a private equity group in 2021.

They've now held five years and, um, there's always a, a hold period that's normal for each private equity group before they expect to do something similar again and, um, I'm, uh...

I, I was sold on the idea of the second bite of the apple, and in, in my case, I s- I saw that I could stay the leader, and I did for another two years, and during that time we'd already doubled the revenues of that business.

It's the best project in the world.

You got to invest." And, and if that's all they hear all the time, it's just about that project, that's very transactional in nature, right? Versus, um, y- you know, an approach where y- y- you know, I wanna understand what you're interested, what's important to you, what are you looking for, and how do you like things structured, and how can we help you do that and, and solve those problems? When, when that's solved first and you develop that relationship, then the transactions that come across your desk, you know which ones need to go to which relationships and, and then you're, you're, you're perceived as a value add rather than an ask.

On my fundraise for Stukent, it would not have happened without lifelong, uh, efforts of building myself into who would be a trusted person and decades of building relationships of trust with, with the people that ended up investing.

So I agree wholeheartedly with that.

And that was while my kids were still too young to really play baseball.

Started another business called Stukent.com. Stukent plays on the word student, but it's got my name in it.

And Kent was my professor that taught me digital marketing.

So he and I built this dream of creating a business.

He ended up not being able to start the business with me, but he let me keep the name.

And we grew Stukent.

And I built that business while my boy was playing ball.

I was too busy to be the head coach at the time.

And that was while my kids were still too young to really play baseball.
