Um, tell us a little bit about how your journey began in real estate.

Wow.

So yeah, it wasn't, uh, my goal to ever be in residential real estate.

It was a long path.

Um, started in college.

I was looking for an internship, and I got one with a commercial real estate company or a builder, Ross Perot Jr.'s real estate company, Hillwood.

And that really was the trial by fire, but also the beginning of my real estate career, um, once again starting on the commercial real estate side.

You do those six deals, then what?
