Dr. Scott, what a joy.

... which shaped the way I approached and thought about counseling.

And then I, I went to Southern Seminary and took a class with Stuart Scott, and that's where I would say the counseling paradigm shift happened for me.

I was already in a church that was, you know, healthy and, and Word-centered, and proclaiming Christ and the sufficiency of His Word, but it was in that class that I, that everything began to come together.

I, I realized two things at once.

from A to Z, the gospel in context.

Stuart Scott has another form where who is God, what is sin, who's Christ, just to kind of a general sense.

But it gives a bigger picture of the gospel in the context of the scriptures and just helps people understand who he is, who we are, et cetera, our response, what faith is, what repentance is, all of that.

So we walk through that, but with the heart too, to get to this, to see all of what the Lord has done for us.
