AHS has actually also accepted that fact and is actually in its policies and procedures indicates that with end organ deficiency, that patient probably should be transfused at a higher hemoglobin than you would think would be appropriate in the standard patient.

So patients with head injury, patients with stroke, patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage, patients with myocardial infarction, either type 1 or type 2, all should be considered for transfusion at higher hemoglobins than would be typically considered for the transfusion triggers trial.

Wait just a second.

Oh, don't let me forget.

It also contracts systemic vascular smooth muscle, and so you're going to increase the patient's blood pressure, which can be good in the setting of shock.

Contraindications would be a patient with significant underlying cardiac problems, pathology if they have any coronary artery disease if they have any prior history of CVA and if they're already hypertensive however a postpartum hemorrhage with hypertension is a little bit of a different circumstance than we're talking about.

The vast majority of these patients are going to be in a peri kind of shock state.

So the hypertension may be even a benefit, an additional benefit.

And perhaps we can start with just talking about what we've learned so far from animal models.

So, Randy, we'll turn to you for this question.

What have we learned from these animal studies about how the brain and maybe particularly the motor cortex, when we're talking about motor recovery, reorganizes after someone has a stroke or after the animal has a stroke model induced that we might not have been able to learn if we just looked at human studies?

And there's a couple of scenes where it's, like...

Because of my age, I was mentally replacing the music in it with stuff from the early 2000s, like the Strokes and stuff like that.

In fact, that whole sequence in my mind was playing The Rat by The Walkman.

The accuracy has not been there as much recently.

So if Strokes gained off the tee can be a little misleading here because you see all that green for what is that, eight events in a row, but he's spraying it a bit.

So I think that if he's going to do that this week, then that takes away the advantage that he has with that driver on the tee box every time.

Now, we see this guy, he seemingly hits – better approach shots out of thicker rough than like anybody I ever watch.
