Well, thanks for, again, thanks for having me and excited to be here to chat about short-term rentals, being able to find profitable properties and maximize revenue is really what our bread and butter is at Strike.

And so a little bit about me and my background.

So I started in commercial real estate back in 2013, and I've been in commercial real estate brokerage for like 13, 14 years.

And finally one day I woke up in 2023 too.

So that was the idea behind Strike and how I even got to this point.

But it's not a court of law, and it is clear that people's insurance premiums, insurance payments, are being used to do things that were not what they agreed to do, and that the Dodgers are playing fast and loose with other people's money and the rules of running baseball.

And of course, we are looking at a potential-- at, at a work stoppage that seems guaranteed to happen.

The IWPA drew most of its membership from Chicago's German immigrant working class.

Auguste was a German immigrant who worked as an upholsterer and got radicalized by the Panic of 1873 and the Railroad Strike of 77.

He joined the Socialist Labor Party and left in the early 1880s over the question of electoral politics.
