Strategic partnership

I'm very excited to be here with my partner, Gina Gunville, to continue a discussion that we started during the AHLA Transactions Conference earlier this year.

We had talked about strategic partnerships, what to do when these partnerships are no longer serving their originally intended purposes and how an unwind would work, as well as how you can preempt any issues that may result from these unwinds.

I'm Anna Bard, very excited to be here to present this podcast.

I'm a principal at PYA.

And I've been very happy to continue as colleagues through AHLA, working together and speaking to audiences around topics like this.

Very excited, as Anna mentioned, to be building off of our presentation last April at the Transactions Conference.

And, you know, as we were thinking about, you know, what additional Could we address that would be of interest to attorneys and other professionals working within the health care industry? Oftentimes we've spoken about putting together strategic partnerships and arrangements and bringing the parties together under the transaction documents.

I think the natural flip side to that is transparency.

Right.

Um, so George, you mentioned offtake with, um, strategic partners.

Do you-- is it-- and you've got, already got the US government as a strategic partner.

Do you see any potential strategic partners in terms of the, the ownership, the equity ownership of, of Rainbow?

Um, th- there's always that potential, yes.

As, um, these offtake, uh, parties negotiate with us, I can't tell their mind, what their mindset is, but they obviously, uh, like Rainbow.
