Gout flares were common, but they were common amongst all of the treatment groups.

Stomatitis was a class effect of rapamycin, so it was more seen with the NASP group.

And infusion-related reactions was actually infrequent at only 4%.

There was four cases of anaphylaxis, but did not require hospitalization.

There was a small number of patients that were enrolled, but it did still meet its power.

There was no active comparator group such as peglodocase and methotrexate, but I think this may be addressed in a phase two compare trial that will come out in the future.

Stomatitis was also a side effect with that rapamycin.

So it may be a dose limiting effect for patients with tolerability for this agent.
