So good afternoon, gentlemen.

So it's really, again, like everything is finding the right balance of where does it fit? Is it more urban, you know, mixed use retail storefront area? Is it more three-story walk-up, you know, finding the right fit for it, but there's a good demand and use of that product type.

I think the way housing has evolved, and I'm going to throw something out there that we've talked about for the last few months.

At STO Building Group, we have a few individuals that have mastered the office to residential conversion.

And it's something that's fascinating to me when I go to, well, I live just south of Denver, but when I go to downtown Denver, I see all these office buildings that are essentially vacant.

And instead of it being a scar on the downtown, how we've started to convert those back into residential.
