I was like, whoa, what is this? And then I discovered sin and it was like absolutely life changing.

And I know that sounds dramatic, but it's really true.

I made friends in a point that I was new to a new city and I didn't really know anyone and I was missing community and those people that I met are still my friends today like my besties which is super nice but I also gained some skills you know that then kind of took me on a path to have a career in radio from my time at SYN so before SYN I was doing some kind of TV stuff and mostly doing written music journalism but SYN helped me find my voice
