Stipulation against selling specifically cans of

Yeah, Bush's specifically.

I listed them out in episode nine, but it was a collection of fourteen statements that the defense and prosecution agreed were factual ahead of Gary's August 1993 bail hearing.

Stipulation number nine said in part, quote, "The crime lab determined that no petroleum distillates were discovered in Connie Branham's burned car." End quote.

Petroleum distillates are accelerants.

So my question is this, if the state agreed and the defense agreed that it was a fact that there was no accelerants, why was the DA allowed to elicit testimony from Gary Clabo that there were accelerants? And why didn't James and Gary's lawyers go harder on making sure the jury knew what the stipulations were and that Clabo was wrong? After Clabo came off the stand, the state called forensic anthropologist Dr.

Take it off around the hose.

Stipulation.

But I think you wear it...

If they tell you six weeks you gotta wear it, you get to, like, week four-

Stipulation 1.42 in the contract.

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Just don't listen to it.

So we also had that five minute challenge between Baron Corbin and Lil Yachty.

Stipulation was simple.

If Yachty could survive five minutes with Baron Corbin, Trick would earn that US championship shot later in the show.

And of course, Baron, as he would do, he dominated, hit two end of days and kind of played with his food and then decided to want to put him through a table.

Stipulation being that if Lil Yachty lasts five minutes in this match, Trick gets a title match.

Predictions, thoughts, impassioned arguments for why this is going to be the feud of the year? Anyone?

I'm surprised that they didn't find a barber for the bill.

What I could do is feed them.

Why would I do that? What's the stipulation? Stipulation is you pay me extra, and then I'll feed them before.

And that's the answer.

And so this really has nothing to do with the right to eat grapes.

Speaking of spreading the love.

NXT decided to spread the love by making a stipulation between Zarya and and Callie Armstrong.

Stipulation, if Callie Armstrong wins, she gets added to the match for Zarya and Ren since Claire to merge those titles.

But now she won, she beat Zarya.

And now it's a triple threat for the speed and North American title.
