Steven Wright

I mean, in 2018, I mean, people were coming out of the bullpen that we never expected to come out of the bullpen.

Steven Wright, Steven Wright was supposed to be the setup guy heading three hours before that game.

He got hurt, and then you have to figure out from there.

Jeff, man, like, we gotta get going, but-

Maybe you make it, maybe you don't, but you're not going to have regret.

Steven Wright put it a little bit differently where he was telling the boys that the way that they had to practice the pitch, because one of the problems with it, learning a knuckleball is almost like a violin, right? You need to do plenty of reps with your fingers.

The problem is, is that you can't throw 100 pitches a day.

So he set them up with what he called a bucket drill, which is you sit on a bucket and you throw and throw and throw, not so much that you're hurting your arm, but just so you're getting the release right.

I had to look it up.

Alan Webster, Stephen Wright, Alex Wilson, Christian Vasquez, Dan Butler, Alex Hansen.

Those are the guys that got protected.

The AGM for the Twins right now.

Stephen Wright, the knuckleballer? Yeah.

Yeah, November 20th, 2012.

It would have been 2012, right? Those are the guys.
