Now, I don't know whether they did or not, whether they've been prepared to do anything, but it looks like neither Josette nor Stephen Pacey have agreed to be part of any of the documentaries or any of the information.

And I thought that Josette doesn't get involved with anything except at all.

Yeah, just that is very much said in the past, and she's not interested at all in revisiting it at all.

Stephen Pacey has gone back to be finished and done CDs and things, so I thought he would be in it.

I mean, I've spoken to Stephen on a number of occasions trying to get him on our podcast, and he's very politely declined every time, but I really thought he would have done the Blu-ray.

Well, maybe it's there, because they didn't really concentrate on his character, so...

So no, I don't think, I can't see anything that really stands out that you'd want to completely retool.

And coming back to, yeah, Tarrant's first episode, which this is, if we don't count the one scene at the end of Aftermath, he's only 21, Stephen Pacey, when this is filmed.

And of course, Josette's only, what, 18 or 19, which makes it even more, I think it's, I do think it's a really good, initial performance from from tarrant or from stephen pacey um i completely agree when i watched this again for the first time i detested tarrant with a passion through the rest of the series as well Um, and it is, it is interesting coming back to them and trying to be a little more objective, um, about the whole thing.

Um, but yes, the dynamic develops, I think really well, but yeah, you have to keep watching, um, to see how that goes.

So no, nothing else I would change.

two, or at least it's lost its lead man and lost its lead woman, I guess, as well.

So yeah, it's got a lot of heavy carrying through, and I think it's interesting that the two new actors do so well, straight from the off.

And I think that in particular, Stephen Pacey has got a really tough gig because this character, which I'll touch on in a bit, maybe if I get a chance, was originally written as something called the Captain.

I mean, he's been playing Artie and he's very clearly carried the character over from 10 years ago when he did those audiobooks.

And again, hats off to Steven Pacey.

He deserves the fucking World Crown audiobook number one.

We love us some Pacey, even though I don't listen to the audiobooks a lot.

Right, Glynis Barber fun fact one.

Glynis and Stephen Pacey, Sulin and Tarrant of this parish, started dating while on the show together and for four years after finishing filming the show.

After the devotion was over, famously, Glynnis met Michael Brandon on the set of Dempsey and Makepeace.

She was Makepeace, he was Dempsey.

She later acquired the stage name Barber from her first marriage to actor Paul Anthony Barber.

Their marriage ended in 1979.

Anything to do with Stephen Pacey? They met on Blake 7, so no, I'm guessing.
