So what can you tell us about safety training? How does this reduce claims, improve driver performance, and then ultimately lead to a long-term success for the school bus operators?

Yeah, so the thing that we always preach is in that safety training, the constant engagement with the driver is really what's important.

is not as much relevant because if you engage the drivers on a regular cadence enough, you'll begin to understand what they need to hear and be trained on and what they'd like to hear and be trained on because it'll be the topic of discussion.

But the important part is that you continually engage the driver base on a regular cadence because it's very easy to form bad habits if it's left unchecked.

One of the things that Lancer has always done was craft our own safety videos around relevant topics that we hear from our loss control team that might impact drivers in a positive way.

And we used to send those out in VHS form a long time ago when we did it in the late 80s, early 90s and made those videos.

And what was an easy default for some operators was was to just put those DVDs on, say, Hey, we're going to have a driving driver meeting on Thursday at 10 o'clock in between morning drop off and afternoon pickup.

Anything... from your standpoint, Steven, that stuck out in terms of the perspective that was imparted to, and albeit it was a different audience because you had mostly operators in that audience, but anything stick out to you when you spoke in Denver?
