When for a hundred years there have been low temperature plasma reactions.

Now, remember, I have debriefed almost 800 whistleblowers who've had direct involvement with this.

One of them was with the Pentagon for about eight years as a very senior investigator and had baseline clearance across 18, uh, black project, unacknowledged special access projects.

He specifically knew of the one in the mountains outside Seoul, uh, uh, South Korea.

It was so huge they had to build a structure around it, and he was read into this in between 2002 and 2010.

Um, so it had been there for some time.

I'm cur- I'm curious, uh, doctor, how you, uh, view the Ed Snowden affair.

Well, you know, it's interesting.

Uh, I was up in New York this past, um, uh, last year, uh, and I was talking to, to a man who works with, uh, Ed Snowden's, uh, lawyer.

And I said the big problem with that was that he, Snowden was very young.

He didn't know the difference between a top secret, a TSSCI, Top Secret Special Compartmented Intelligence, and an unacknowledged special access project, and that cost him everything.

In other words, if he had disclosed illegally run, unacknowledged special access projects that the Congress and the President didn't know about because they were so black, he would've been absolutely on safe territory.

But if you disclose something that is being properly managed, even if it's a ridiculously, uh, wrongheaded project, but the Senate Intelligence Select Committee and the President and other people are informed of it, it's being legally handled.

Exactly what did you get from the French?

I mean, was this H.G. Wells did this? Like, do we know?

Oh yeah, no.

I mean, it was what you're referring to.

There were very powerful oligarchs then like there are now.

And they absolutely, look, once we knew, you know what a Foo Fighter is, not the band, but the things that are Foo Fighters or what UFOs were called in World War II.

You know, I have a man on my team who was a very, he's passed away.

He was a very esteemed hematologist and pathologist medical doctor in Denver.

W- we're heart-centered enough to say, "No, that's not what's really going on."

Well, and I think that's why, you know, voices like yours and your show and others are very important because it gets to people information that they're not gonna get off of CNN or Fox News or, or the big podcasts like Joe Rogan where everyone on my team have been banned from speaking there because they, the, the corporate entities that pay him a quarter of a billion dollars, uh, this year, uh, in a big new contract, don't want this discussed.

Um, and I think this is one of the, the, the reasons why, you know, when Eisenhower said, "Only an informed citizenry can protect against the excesses of secrecy and the corruption that goes with it and the loss of our democracy," he knew what he was talking about because he had suffered a, a very quiet coup d'état in 1954, where he was pretty much pushed aside from this issue.

Um, and one of the things I shared at the National Press Club on, uh, uh, May 8th of this year was a letter from someone who was there at Muroc, uh, California, near where Edwards Air Force Base is, and where in May of that year, May of 1954, the president had planned a truthful announcement about this, and that the ETs were benign and that they were concerned about our nuclear weapons and everything the Disclosure's been as- Project's been saying for 36 years.

And so here we are now, you know, how many years later? 72 years later.

Um, I was born in 1955, so I just, just turned 71, and so for that, my entire life, this whole issue has been sideways, uh, being hijacked by corporate shills and people who wanna keep the fires of war and division burning.

Now, does that mean they'll prevail? No.

It was at a event we did out in the Arizona desert a couple years ago.

Uh, there were about thirty witnesses to this.

... said that he found, uh, metal in the Pacific Ocean that he claimed came from aliens.

What made you this leading expert that they would seek you out and say, "Hey, we need you to come to the White House and brief us in an area that is highly, highly classified"?

Well, I think two things.

One is they knew that s- we knew enough that we had effectively made contact with one or more of these civilizations.

They knew that.

They'd seen the footage.

They knew the event.

Uh, number two, I, I, I know they knew that my uncle was Northrop Grumman, big aerospace guy.

I'm sorry.

Well, speaking of the president, the vice president, JD Vance, referred to aliens as demons, and you actually commented about this.

this.Yeah, he was on the Benny Johnson show.

It's a podcaster out of Tampa who's, uh, good friends with the Vice President.

And I was on one week later and sort of explained how dangerous that comment is.

Uh, the other problem is other, there are members of Congress, like Congresswoman Luna, that as soon as I briefed her years ago, was intercepted by some intelligence and military people who then filled her head with nonsense.

Uh, and they said, "Oh, they're not extraterrestrial, they're interdimensional," which is the stupidest comment ever.

It's like saying an orange that you eat is round, and someone else saying, "No, it's orange." Well, it's round and it's orange, and it's a fruit.

Talk about that

Really?

... meeting happens every year.

Uh, last year the, the former director of National Intelligence for the United States was there, uh, speaking, and two years before that it was Bill and Hillary Clinton.

They asked me to come, and I was asked the same thing you just asked, and so I went through some of this material, and I'm happy to do it again.And, you know, one of the things that, that I always point out to people is that, you know, don't take my word for it per se, but, you know, someone like, uh, uh, Professor Hermann Oberth, who was the founder of the space age and, and was the German rocket expert, he said, uh, you know, and I'm quoting here, he says, "It's my thesis that flying saucers are real and that they are spaceships from another solar system." And he goes on and on and on and on.

Um, what you find when you begin to drill down on this is that there's a lot of nonsense and, and sort of rubbish that I think has been built up around the subject.

But at the core of it is a body of evidence that's indisputable by anyone who takes, uh, any sort of objective look at it.

And, uh, President Truman, when they were looking into this during the ear- the Truman years and after the so-called Roswell event, he said, uh, he said, and I'm quoting, "I can assure you that flying saucers, given that they exist, are not constructed by any power on Earth." And I'm quoting.

Sorry.

Do you think this is more political theater or is this a legitimate disclosure effort that we're seeing?

No, it's a legitimate disclosure effort.

Whether it comes to anything, fruition is going to require our intervention.

So let me unpack that.

First of all, the president misspoke a bit about Obama saying something out of a classified context.

And here's why.

I had provided the briefing for Obama through his right-hand guy, John Podesta, back in 2009.

right so for anybody who has seen the film what what should they know about it if they're under the impression that everything in it is legit what should they know

Is there anything to be afraid of here? Because my audience needs to know the answer to that first.

Well, as you know, since the '90s, I've warned that if this issue comes out wrongly, it'd be catastrophic for the Earth and humanity.

There's no question.

And we have been working very hard to get the correct information to leaders, but we have not met with Mr. Vance.

We've met with a lot of senior people in the administration.

And [clears throat] unfortunately, covert programs have always planned to portray the, quote-unquote, "aliens" as a threat and/or as the agents of the devil.

And that started in the '70s and '80s.

People are on stage there actually sharing this.

Where do you want me to start?

start?Well, I think we should start with what's happening on May 8th, because we're going to have, uh, several new whistleblowers, uh, Green Berets, uh, Marines, other military who were on site while events were taking place.

And for example, one of them was, uh, operational at a site where they were, uh, packaging up humans and putting them on the manmade UFOs to be used in human experimentation, and this has been confirmed by law enforcement and other witnesses, as well as people in the Department of Defense.

So there's a big investigation going on, although it's been rather secret, that I've been involved with regarding the criminal use of UFO technologies against innocent civilians, uh, not just here, but around the world.

Uh, so we will have a number of new whistleblowers there.

And we'll have a gentleman who was operational at a black site where the technologies, uh, were used to, uh, down the extraterrestrial vehicles and capture those, uh, the people that were on board.

And of course, these crafts have been used in reverse engineering programs, uh, which have been confirmed also by multiple independent whistleblowers.

Well, compartmented operations under, working under US top secret cover, but illegally have done so.

See, and this is where you get into a very quick discussion of, of how I reached this conclusion.

In 1993, I'm working as an emergency doctor in North Carolina.

I was flown up to brief the director of the CIA for President Clinton, because they had began to look into this, and they were blocked, and they knew they were being blocked.

And they knew that there was a, had been sort of a coup d'état that separated the oversight of the Congress and the president and White House over these super secret projects.

And when I first was invited to the meeting, I thought that was ridiculous.

What does antigravity look like? What are some of the systems, weapons, travel, or otherwise that have been created in these skunk work programs? What have you heard? What, what are they building? What have they built?

... president of Lockheed Skunk Works, uh, up there in the high desert of California, and, uh, he stated to people on my team back in 1995 that, "Anything you can imagine, we have already done at the Lockheed Skunk Works." And on his deathbed, he told, uh, the famous aerospace historian, uh, James Goodall, um, this was the week he passed away, that, uh, "Anything you can imagine or even have seen in Star Trek, we already have at the Lockheed Skunk Works." And he pointedly said, "Not Area 51." This is the motherlode, and it's not far from where you're sitting.

So I think that, uh...

Now, the, the big mistake the public makes is thinking that the president or all the CIA directors and key members of Congress know about this.

And what I discovered in the early '90s when I was asked to brief President Clinton's team is that, in fact, they were not being read in or briefed on it, and these programs were being run unconstitutionally and illegally for the reasons I stated a moment ago.

So I think that people need to realize the consequences of this are huge, and, um, it's, it, it's giggled at, and of course, the CIA has had psychological warfare operations, PSYOPS, to sort of ridicule it, make cartoons about it, and put out...

I would say 90% of the information on the subject is rubbish and, and sort of disinformation designed to ridicule it, but... or to scare people.

What does that look like?

It's your view, doctor, that alien presence on Earth is not being revealed, not because they're afraid of telling us about the fact that there are others here, but they're afraid of telling us about how they got here, what they used to get here that we could be using now.

Yes, and I think there's also something else going on.

Not only do the technologies have enormous implications for the geopolitical elite, shall we call them, but I think that also there's been a long-term plan that was hatched in the 50s that Eisenhower lost control of, quite frankly.

And I have had confirmed to me by the Ministry of Defense of a foreign government that Eisenhower did have a meeting with extraterrestrial life forms in 1954 – near what's now Edwards Air Force Base, Murrock, California.

Now, what has happened in the interval is that people who would like to scare the bejeebies out of people about this issue have succeeded in doing so to such an extent that now there's concern that there would be some degree of fear engendered by this disclosure.

And I think this has been done by people who would like to create a space force rather than just an air force.

so that they can move conflict off of Earth into space and create a multi-trillion dollar revenue stream for the revolving door of military industrial contractors under the false fears of alien invasion or what have you.

It's hard to discern their motives and the way they operate.

Mm-hmm.

And it was considered a near crash retrieval operation in, uh, outside Houston, north of Houston.

And there were three people, a, a little boy, five-year-old boy, and his mom and his aunt, driving along a highway.

And this UFO comes out, descends out of the sky, very unstable, and all kinds of stuff coming out of it, and they were sl- slathered in radioactive waste, and they suffered severe radioactive r- radiation poisoning, had to be hospitalized.

Um, and that whole area was, was sprayed.

They had to dig up and redo that road twice because of the amount of radiation.

I still think there's a ton of it out there.

Now, what's the difference between extraterrestrials versus light entities or interdimensional beings or plasmoids?

Wow.

I know a lot of those guys.

Uh, and th- that is something that I discovered at my near-death experience.

I had that sort of samadhi experience, or it was beautiful.

But when I had the experience, it was amazing.
