What do you think some of the key sales skills, um, like, uh, not just objection handling, but some of the other key skills, sales skills that you've trained, what do you think matter most? And, and what do you think translates easiest to your AI tools?
6:48
So, um, Chris Foss did a podcast with Andrew Heberman, Chris Foss.
6:52
He wrote the book, never split the difference by now.
6:54
If you guys haven't picked up that book, pick up that book, Andrew Heberman, well-known, um, I don't know, brain guy, right? But he's at a podcast and they did a podcast together.
7:05
And on that podcast, Chris Foss gave the coldest, most sanitized definition of empathy ever.
7:15
And his definition of empathy is the transmission of information.
7:20
And so where I'm going to go with this, all right? Because what is it? So I can demonstrate that I heard Jordan and I can articulate back to Jordan everything he told me in his words, right? If I can communicate that I understand you, that's empathy, right? And so if you look at like, what is the core human need? What I've learned over the years, the core human need is, It's not necessarily to be right.

15:12
Give us an outline of how those products work.
7:56
then you expanded the audience.
8:00
We tried, but we didn't have as much success doing that.
8:03
And there was just so much reach, still so much opportunity in the house buying side.
8:07
We hadn't needed to go outside of it.
8:09
Okay.
8:10
But then, you know, AI comes along and it's changed a lot of businesses.
8:16
And we had a lot of clients last year who were like, hey, you're training my sales team, but how can you leverage AI to make sure that my people are saying the right things on every single call, to make sure they're practicing every morning with role playing, and then can you schedule appointments for me? So in the last year, we built an AI to review every single sales conversation, figure out where they're screwing up.
12:17
So before AI, what's the framework? Do you have like a framework you can kind of high level go over with us? Like your sales process?
FreddieHOST
6:48
You mind sharing one of those moments
6:50
for you? A moment where I had to pivot fast.
6:52
I mean, I would say probably this goes back a few, few years, right? This is back in 22, but like, you know, real estate got really hard in 22.
6:59
And right when things got challenging, my partner quit.
7:02
And so I had to pick up the pieces.
7:04
So, but at the same time, it's like, it is what it is.
7:07
Like, you'll never see me fall down.
FreddieHOST
11:42
Can you explain to our audience at a 30,000 foot view exactly the problem that your software solves for operators that are listening?
23:58
Explain how that... 'Cause I'm assuming that's a big part of what you guys do in your sales.
24:01
Yeah.
24:01
So NLP, NLP is basically the process of getting someone to speak to their subconscious, to speak into their, like, their, their mind without them knowing what's going on.
24:12
A lot of people have described this as hypnotic selling.I'm selling, I'm selling you, and you have no idea I'm selling you.
24:19
And then it's a lot of, like, instead of saying...
24:22
We do, like, for example, we talk about pain and gain, right? So in our sales process, we get you, like, depths of despair.
24:27
We get you to remember how awful everything is, right? And then we bring that, all that pain in the past to the present, and now you feel all the emotions associated with it.

47:33
How would you say somebody who's just starting out can start to make asymmetric bets from the start?
0:33
Be sure to subscribe.
0:35
Right now, what we're seeing a lot of our clients, the way they're using AI right now is they get signed contracts for under $1,000.
0:40
The three things we'll talk, we'll walk away with today.
0:42
The AI systems, the top 1% are using right now have installed to scale without adding additional headcount.
0:47
We're going to talk about how to get additional signed contracts for under $1,000 while everyone else's cost per contract is going up.
0:52
And while the next three to six months are absolutely crucial.
0:55
And so there's a new market reality.
