I would say the Band-Aid approach.

I think this budget's going to start, the county executive is going to deliver it on October 1st.

We have a $26 million surplus from last year.

My guess is the $15.7 million for fall in transit will be covered by that surplus.

I don't know this for a fact, but I think that's what will be done.

And whether it's to cover the whole year or we'll phase it.
