Taking learnings from that and I guess into your own sort of company where you have a team built there too, How have you sort of graduated into that sort of leadership environment? How have you been able to take some of the learnings throughout your sports and professional career and translated them into more of a business environment?

Yeah, that's a great question.

So you're absolutely right.

When you're in sport, and particularly certain sports like rowing, for a lot of the time, it's incredibly individual.

So it's all about you.

And I remember for those 11 years, life really was about me.
