It was...

There was a lot of anticipation for it, I think, and we do that thing where, you know, the inside baseball is we kind of file into the Steve Jobs Theater, and we're, we're way up, uh, in the nosebleeds.

Not that it's a big theater, but, um, the execs are kind of milling around, uh, down by the stage, and it was so o- I think it, it really hit me when we saw Tim Cook down there kind of with, you know, Jaws and everybody, um, wearing, like, a, a leisure jacket and was, like, looking super relaxed.

It was like, "Oh, wow, this is, this really isn't his show anymore." Um, so Ternus came out.

He's never nervous

... introduced the latest lineup at the Steve Jobs Theater.

The Du- the Duo opens to a 7.6 inch display, 80% larger-

Yeah

Yeah, which Apple's audience is many billions of people in every country in the world, so I get it.

They got to do this thing on day one in every language and And so, yeah, I mean, it was a great day at Steve Jobs Theater.

People were in good spirits.

And the big news is the launch of the iPhone Duo, which, interestingly, I was watching the video and I was very skeptical.

All right.

So without further ado, let's get to our first interview recorded in the Steve Jobs Theater at Apple Park in Cupertino, California with Avi Greengaard.

All right, so here with Avi Greengaard from Techsponential.

He's an analyst who covers the tech space, including mobility.

I mean, this is something that they've been working on for the past decade.

But I think what I think stood out, I mean, the biggest, uh, uh, uh, event yesterday related to Ternus was even before the pre-record started, he addressed people in Steve Jobs Theater, and he did just a really good job of emphasizing the exciting excitement that he has around future products, and that's typically a well-traveled line for Apple is, "We're really excited about future products." But he said that in the midst of, uh, really downplaying what they were gonna announce yesterday, kind of focusing really on that future.

And so from my perspective, uh, it's John Ternus is less about the foldable iPhone, more about ultimately what's gonna come.

I will never forget it.

Yeah, it was a really beautiful introduction that he did to the keynote.

He was actually at the Steve Jobs Theatre when they were demoing products, and he was hanging out with I Show Speed and BTS.

So he's definitely kind of hanging with the young crowd.

So I'm excited to see what else he brings next.
