So when you're talking about working with these guys on their mindset, is it easier because they've already showed themselves to rise above huge adversity to reach the elite levels? Or does it bring a whole host of different challenges?

I think that's an excellent question.

I actually opened a lot of events over the last 11 years talking about my original involvement with the squad.

And the very first storyline behind that was Martin came to me, who I mentioned before, Martin Coyd, who you will see on all the footage and all the pictures.

And he's right there.

He's the guy that's managed the squad brilliantly and kept them together over the past 11 years and longer.

And the story at the time was back in 2011, we were actually world champions.

What triggered it among the team to say that? And then what was the process through from there?
