Steve Fenberg

Voters said, we don't want the 2,000-foot setback.

Only to have the next legislative session, you have Steve Fenberg now as president of the Senate, and They essentially take that 2,000-foot setback, and now they put it into statute, even though voters said no.

I mean, why would anyone trust this legislature at all? Because they just completely ignored the will of voters.

And now you can see, and y'all can see it on your screen, what that is doing to the cost of your power.

And we all basically have the same price signals as producers.

This is purely policy driven.

And I'm going to remind everybody, I think it was 2018 when Steve Fenberg had a town hall and he said his goal is to end the extraction industry in Colorado.

Now, he knew he couldn't just legislate that and say we're going to end the extraction industry.
