This case was pending and was actually set for a plea hearing today." Now, Fairfax County Commonwealth's Attorney Steve Descano has been under fire for not taking a harder line on this issue, Bill.

... to hearing that it's still being handled by that CA's office is, you gotta be kidding me, because I don't know that I, I would trust that sort of a guy, uh, any, any more than a Steve Descano in Fairfax or a Shannon Taylor in, i- in Henrico.

I mean, criminal coddling, cop hating people.

Well, this is where the parents in the school division are trying to get a special prosecutor, um, uh, appointed.

And in Fairfax County, and I think in, in a lot of these different districts, um, i- in Fairfax County in particular, I'll just speak to that, we have a nightmare storm of contextual factors allowing these people to wander our streets.

And the first one, as you mentioned in the beginning, is the Commonwealth's attorney, Steve Descano, who was elected.

He's a, a George Soros-backed prosecutor, and he takes, he admittedly takes immigration status into account when considering charges, so he ends up dropping them a lot.

Um, so yes, he was, he was voted in.

She just hasn't done those things, and by any measure, you look at it and go, wow, this is unbelievable.

And then, you know, now she's, as you've seen years ago, has formed the Progressive Prosecutors Association, along with Steve Descano in Fairfax County, Virginia, who is one of the worst in the Commonwealth about letting criminals go, and then those criminals re-offending.

Shannon Taylor follows in the same footsteps.

She wants no cash bail, which means put criminals right back out on the street so they can re-offend.

That, that's what we're seeing right now.

Uh, with Rob Wittman's opponent, you have someone who despises cops, uh, doesn't give a crap about, uh, victims, but loves criminals.

Uh, she is Steve Descano.

It's, it's just that simple.

Right now, you mentioned Fairfax County.

Right now, you have a controversial attorney there, Steve Descano, who has led to all of these different releases, including ones where literally the next day the person commits murder of illegals that ICE has been trying to catch once they are arrested for other things.

And he is currently facing a primary challenge from a woman in the Democratic Party who is getting a ton of financial support.

From other people meaning the non Soros faction basically coming in and saying this is an this is an embarrassment We can't have this guy continuing to do it to a certain extent I think that the problem that Republicans have though is that there is a massive portion of their voter base that really does want to see this happen and does not care about about the negative consequences when it comes to media reaction or when it comes to immigrant community reaction or anything along those lines.
