Stephen Fry: The Secret Life of the Manic Depressive

There was a landmark documentary by Stephen Fry, who is a famous person with bipolar, who's talked about it at length.

And there was, I think it was called The Secret Life of the Manic Depressive that was on the BBC some years ago.

I remember watching it thinking, oh crumbs, that sounds awfully familiar.

So the seeds have been sown, but I hadn't quite got to the stage where I wanted to go and speak to somebody about it.
