Okay, so Buller will have probably a CEO, CFO, rugby development officers, as all 29 provincial unions would have across the whole country.

So 29 provincial unions will all have a CEO, will all have a CFO, all have coaching development officers.

So you imagine the salary bill across the board, like even sponsorship and marketing people in each single... provincial union so 29 times call it 6 people or 30 times it's 108 200 people probably sitting in offices across provincial rugby unions across the country would

I think that's something that needs looking at.

Bigger squads.

I think emphasis on development in clubs needs to continue to grow if we're getting more and more teams in the competition, being able to grow your own and expanding everybody's pathways and getting the coaching and all the support around that is going to be really important to grow the game and obviously get more players.

But yeah, the length of the season and It's very, very hard to prepare the players for a season of the physical intensity and the rigors of it without training accordingly.

Well, finally, Stephen Fleming has given his first press conference some time now after he was announced as the New England head coach.

George Debell from the Cricketer was there to listen to him.

And you've got a domestic system that isn't geared up to providing players which are going to be able to play test cricket across the world.

And the big problem will still be when England go to Bangladesh, I don't know who's going to bowl spin and I don't know who's going to bat against it.

I mean we know who's going to bat against it of course but it's such a step up unfortunately Joe Root and Harry Brook are very proficient in that regard but I don't know what Stephen Fleming can do to suddenly create opportunities for young spinners in England to get the overs they require to optimise their ability that's a massive problem still and we know the reasons behind that without going over them again so I think those problems are still there But in terms of, had he been in charge when England went to Australia, I think England could have and should have won the Ashes.

I still think, still burns away inside me the missed opportunity there.

But he's not a magician.
